This chapter unpacks what corporate responsibility looks like in a stigmatised industry through an exploration of the activity and histories of three of the pornography sector’s key trade associations - the Free Speech Coalition (FSC); the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM); and Adult Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP). The essay was commissioned by Shira Tarrant and Lynn Comella for the anthology New Views on Pornography: Sexuality, Politics, and the Law, which highlights contemporary and controversial issues in pornography, politics, and the law.
